Trash pick-up is on Wednesday mornings.  You should place your receptacles out on Tuesday evenings.

We have a community directory and email list.  The directory is password protected (participants are provided the password) and available on the home page of this web site. The email list is used to keep HOA members updated on community matters.

The directory and email list are confidential documents intended only for internal use and will not be shared or sold to any other entities. The WW directory is not to be used for any type of solicitation.  By completing this document, you agree to the above conditions.

There are many mailboxes that are missing doors, numbers and other parts.

All mailboxes must be painted green. No other color is permitted. There is paint available and it is FREE!

Invoices should be mailed to all WW community members by the end of May. 

The 2025 annual dues are $250. There is no longer a discount for early payment.  There is a $50* penalty if paid after September 1, 2025. Additional late fees may be applied if payment is made after December 1st.
