Hi Everyone!

I wanted to let the neighbors know that we will be hosting Refuge, a local Country/Rock band on Friday, May 31st, from 6-9:00 PM with Happy Hour starting at 5:00 PM. 

We will be running $4 Blue and Blue LIght pounder specials during the event.  Vintage Wood Fire Pizza will be here serving up their famous wood fire pizzas and other menu items. 

Seating will be limited, so it is important to call the pro shop for a reservation.  We will be accepting reservations of 4 people or more until we are at full capacity.  We also encourage those who do not make reservations to bring a camp/lawn chair.  We expect a very large crowd because the band does have a pretty big following.

Trash pick-up is now early on Wednesday mornings.  You should place your receptacles out on Tuesday evenings.

We have a community directory and email list.  The directory is password protected (participants are provided the password) and available on the home page of this web site. The email list is used to keep HOA members updated on community matters.

There are many mailboxes that are missing doors, numbers and other parts.

All mailboxes must be the same. Newspaper holders on the mailbox must be green. No other color is permitted.

There is paint available and it is FREE!

Our annual Homeowners meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 13th at Whispering Woods Golf Club, starting at 6:00 PM.

Following the meeting, we will be hosting a "Happy Hour" until 9:00 PM, complete with an open bar and appetizers to enjoy.

We are excited to be able to offer you the opportunity to enjoy the clubhouse with your fellow neighbors.

The 2024 annual dues are $250. There is no longer a discount for early payment.  There is a $50* penalty if paid after August 1, 2024.
