As a community, we value the beauty of our neighborhood and adhere to the bylaws of our Association.
Below are the current bylaws (July 2019).
In addition to our bylaws, there is a list of restrictions that our community follows to assure that we maintain the most beautiful neighborhood in Millcreek. Below are our current restrictions for our neighborhood association (July 2018).
Below is our most recent amendment on the usage and placement of satellite dishes in our community (May 2011).
Whispering Woods is fortunate to have an active and dedicated Home Owner's Association to help maintain our property values and to keep our residents informed of neighborhood events and concerns.
Our Association is steadfast in preserving our running streams, bountiful trees, and natural beauty.
